Geoff has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and biotech, having served in multiple leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and most recently as Head of Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Alliance Management at Dewpoint Therapeutics. He brings significant strategy, business and product development expertise to his role as President and CEO of Adipothera.

Shailesh is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Surgeon at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he integrates his clinical practice in plastic & reconstructive surgery with a research focus on stromal cell biology.
